Bronzer & Highlighter Makeup FAQs

How do you apply liquid bronzer?

You can apply liquid bronzer by first applying it to the back of your hand. From there, using your fingers or a brush, apply to your cheekbones, hairline, and down the bridge of your nose. A little goes a long way, so start small before building up the color. After bronzer you would apply blush or if that’s enough color skip to setting powder to keep you glow all day.

How to apply bronzer powder?

You can apply a bronzer powder with our bronzer brush, sweeping it across the areas the sun naturally hits: cheeks, nose, brow bone, forehead, and chin for a natural, sun-kissed look.

How do you use liquid highlighter?

We suggest using a liquid highlighter as the last step in your makeup routine (before setting spray or powder). Apply a small amount to the back of your hand, then using your fingertips, softly dab the products across the tops of your cheekbones and beneath your brow bone.

Where to put bronzer?

Bronzer looks best if applied to the areas of the face the sun would naturally hit. This includes your forehead, brow bone, cheekbones, bridge of your nose, and chin. Imagine what you’d want to look like after a day in the sun, and bronzer can do that for you.

Can you use powder bronzer on liquid foundation?

Yes, you can use powder bronzer on liquid foundation. For the best makeup application, we suggest always using cream products first followed by powder products.

Where to put highlighter makeup?

Highlighter makeup is very versatile and can be applied to a number of places. We’re partial to the brow bone, cupid’s bow and top of cheekbones.

Bronzing Powder & Liquid Bronzer Info

Why We Love Bronzer & Highlighter

Any makeup artist will tell you that bronzer and highlighter are two essential makeup products for sculpting, shading, and highlighting. The right bronzer and highlighter makeup can accentuate cheekbones, button noses, cupid bows and more. With a light hand and correct application, these makeup products can transform your final makeup look.

Bronzing Powder vs Liquid Bronzer

A powder bronzer and a liquid bronzer are both meant to add warmth and dimension to the face. The difference, obviously, lies in the formula. Most liquid formulas will add dewiness to your look whereas a powder bronzer may offer a more natural, matte finish. Which one you choose is entirely personal preference and both provide buildable color.

The Liquid Highlighter We Love

Our RoseGlow liquid highlighter is a favorite for a reason. Infused with a unique blend of pearls, the warm and cool tones bring life and light to your makeup in the most sophisticated way. Enjoy a lit-from-within-glow, lasting wear, and a blurring finish for the most flawless base. To compliment this RoseGlow liquid highlighter look we would also add a touch of Rose Gold Champagne eyeshadow.
